Message from the Principal – Mr. Fitzmaurice
Dear Lincoln Students, Teachers, Staff & Community Members:
Welcome back for the 2023-2024 school year Lincoln Family!
This past year was an amazing year for our students and our school. All of our students and staff worked to push themselves to be one of the best schools in the district.
We look to continue that work and rise to even greater heights this year and need all of your support to make that happen.
Attendance is going to be a priority this year and we are setting the goal of no more than 5 absences per student. This will help increase our ability to deliver quality instruction to all of our students.
One big change for this year is late starts Thursdays and Fridays. On these days instruction will begin at 8:45 AM, instead of 7:45 AM, and this time will give teachers time to participate in professional development and data analysis in an effort to become more effective educators.
Let’s make 2023-2024 the best year possible for Lincoln Elementary!
